Our organic production does not use pesticides or chemical fertilizers, and is based on the use of agricultural and livestock practices that respect the environment and biodiversity. Our animals are raised in open spaces and with a natural diet. This production system is more respectful of the environment and animal welfare, since the animals have more space and a more varied and healthy diet.<\/p>

Furthermore, extensive livestock farming contributes to maintaining the landscape and biodiversity, and is a way to promote rural development.<\/p>

In addition to our dedication to the sustainable production of high-quality meat, at Finca \u201cLa Cierva\u201d we are also committed to protecting the environment. We plant trees in areas poor in vegetation, trees that have a high level of CO2 capture. Reforestation is a way to take care of the soil, because when trees are planted, the roots create an underground network that fertilizes the soil, trying to ensure that the soil is not bare, but rather that it has the greatest possible amount of organic coverage. This means that we are not only helping nature, but we are also doing our part to reduce the amount of carbon dioxide in the air.<\/p>

At Finca \u201cLa Cierva\u201d, we also ensure that our cows drink high-quality water throughout the year thanks to our natural rainwater collection system. Likewise, through regenerative cultivation and grazing techniques, we ensure the maintenance of soil fertility. This means that through our nitrogen crops or good use of the land-livestock balance, the soil has naturally greater fertility.<\/p>
